Topping Up

There are 7 ways to Top Up:

 
 
Digicel Flexcard

Convenience in a card! Flexcards are readily available all around the island.

  1. Scratch off the dark strip covering the voucher number with a coin
  2. Dial from your mobile phone: *121* the voucher number and press #(e.g. *121*123456789#)
  3. Then press "SEND"
  4. Look at the phone screen for a message telling you whether the top up was successful.

Once you have added the credit to your phone, you have 90 days to use the funds for $100, $50, $20 or $10 FLEXcards. Expiration for the $5 card is only 15 days. If your account remains dormant for 120 days, your account will automatically be terminated which means you will have to purchase a new SIM card and a new number will be provisioned.

Share your Digicel credit on your mobile with friends or family with a Digicel mobile.
1. Enter *128*1441(receiver’s number)*(amount of credit)#
2. Press ‘Send’
For example: *128*14411234567*10#
(to send $10 to another phone. Use the steps above and credit is sent directly from your Digicel phone to any of your friend or family Digicel prepaid phone.

Top U Up
(to send credit from any Digicel phone using a flex card)
1. Enter *125*1441(receiver’s number)# and press ‘Send’
2. Wait and receive further instructions

iTop Up (Butterfield Bank ATM)

1. Insert Butterfield Direct ATM card and follow prompts for iTop Up
2. Press *121(Voucher number on the receipt)#
3. Press ‘Send’ and check your phone for confirmation

Electronic Top Up

Visit both our store location to top up using our electronic top up kiosk. Its easy! You just follow the instructions on the screen and the money will be deposited directly to your phone.

Or

You can simply request for electronic top up from one of our sales rep who will deposit the denomination of your choice directly to your phone.
