Switching to Digicel Internet is easy!
If you already have a broadband access provider and modem, just fill in the Digicel Internet form found at ww.digicelbermuda.com and take it into a Digicel retail store, where you will receive your login information. You will then use this to configure your computer at home to use Digicel Internet.
If you do not have internet service already, sign up with a broadband access provider first. You will need a modem to access the internet. You may purchase an affordable modem from Digicel. Our customer care agents are ready to assist you with switching to Digicel Internet.

Digicel Internet FAQ’s
I am currently with another Internet Service Provider but would like to switch to a Digicel Internet plan, what should I do?
1. Fill in the Wireless Service Agreement (click here to download)
2. Bring the completed form, along with photo identification and a proof of your address to the Digicel Court Street or Church Street store.
3. Be sure to contact your old internet service provider directly to terminate your service.
I am currently a Transact customer. Will I be switched to the new Digicel Internet plans automatically?
· You will not be switched to the new Digicel Internet plans automatically.
I am currently a Transact customer. How do I change my plan to one of the new options?
· Changing your plan is very easy. Simply complete a ‘Change of Service’ Form (click here to download) and email the completed form to info.bermuda@digicelgroup.com. You will receive a confirmation email once your plan has been changed.
How do I pay my Digicel Internet bill?
· You will have 3 options to pay your bill:
1. The most convenient way is to have your bill paid automatically each month with your credit/debit card - Dial 272-HELP to set this up
2. You may pay your Digicel Internet bill (or former Transact bill) with cash or a cheque at the Digicel Court Street or Church Street store
3. By dialing 500-5000 or 272-HELP (4357) and paying with a credit/debit card over the phone
