6 Ways to Pay Your Bill

PAYING YOUR BILL IS EASY!

 

THERE ARE 6 WAYS TO PAY YOUR BILL:

 

1.       Auto Payments     
Have your bill paid automatically each month with your credit/debit card.
Contact Customer Care at 500-5611 or Dial 611 from your phone to set this up.

 

2.       ATM Payments      
At Bank of Bermuda, Bank of Butterfield and Capital G ATM machines.

      (first add Digicel to your Payee List online on your banks site)

 

3.       Online                   
      With a Credit/Debit Card – visit www.digicelbermuda.com and click ‘MY DIGICEL’ to get started.

       or

      Using your local bank website by adding Digicel Bermuda as a Payee.

 

4.       Cheque
      Detach the remittance slip from monthly statement and attach it to your cheque payment.

      (drop box located at our Church Street Store)

 

5.       In-Store Payment Kiosks             
      Using a credit/debit card. You must know your account balance beforehand.   

 

6.       Cash Payments
      Accepted at both the Church Street store and the BlackBerry Service Centre.

·         Effective April 1, 2009, all monthly statements that are sent via the post will be charged a monthly fee of $2.00.  We encourage you to Go Green by signing up for e-billing in order to preserve our planet and its resources.

·         You can view your bill online at: www.digicelbermuda.com 
(have your account number and invoice number available for the first time you login)

·         To receive your monthly statement via e-mail please contact Customer Care at 500-5611 or by e-mail at: info.bermuda@digicelgroup.com
