PAYING YOUR BILL IS EASY!

THERE ARE 7 WAYS TO PAY YOUR BILL:



1. New!! Telephone Payment
Dial 611 from your Digicel phone to access our Automatic Payment Service. No need to call a Digicel Customer Care agent. Simply pay your bill by using the touch key pad on your phone.

2. Auto Payments
Have your bill paid automatically each month with your credit/debit card.
Contact Customer Care at 500-5611 or Dial 611 from your phone to set this up.

3. ATM Payments
At Bank of Bermuda, Bank of Butterfield and Capital G ATM machines.
(first add Digicel to your Payee List online on your banks site)

4. Online
With a Credit/Debit Card – visit www.digicelbermuda.com and click ‘MY DIGICEL’ to get started.
or
Using your local bank website by adding Digicel Bermuda as a Payee.

5. Cheque
Detach the remittance slip from monthly statement and attach it to your cheque payment.
(drop box located at our Church Street Store)

6. In-Store Payment Kiosks
Using a credit/debit card. You must know your account balance beforehand.

7. Cash Payments
Accepted at both the Church Street store and the BlackBerry Service Centre.


PLEASE NOTE:
• All monthly statements that are sent via the post will be charged a monthly fee of $2.00. We encourage you to Go Green by signing up for e-billing in order to preserve our planet and its resources.
• Effective August 1, 2011, all Digicel Bermuda accounts will be subjected to a credit limit.  Standard accounts will be subjected to a $2,500 credit limit.  For more information, please call 500-5611 or email info.bermuda@digicelgroup.com.  Corporate customers, please email BDA_corpcare@digicelgroup.com to inquire about your credit limits.
• Customers will incur a 1.5% late fee (with a minimum of $3) if payment is not received by the invoice due date
• If you wish to check your balance, text: BAL to 2455
• You can view your bill online at: www.digicelbermuda.com
(have your account number and invoice number available for the first time you login)
• To receive your monthly statement via e-mail, please contact Customer Care at 500-5611 or by e-mail at: info.bermuda@digicelgroup.com
