Digicel welcomes you to our zone!

To use your mobile phone, it must have a frequency compatible with the territory you are heading to and your home operator must have a roaming agreement with Digicel.

Simply switch on your mobile phone when you arrive in Bermuda and your phone will automatically connect to the Digicel network. If your mobile phone does not automatically connect to the Digicel network, you may have to select it manually. 

How to manually select Digicel’s network?

To Select the network manually, you will need to follow a couple of simple steps – this procedure will vary according to your handset! 

However, if you have any kind of doubt, you should read the user’s guide of your handset manufacturer before selecting it.

Once "Digicel" is displayed on your screen... You are connected!

Important!
As you are using the Digicel Roaming service, you will be allowed to make and receive any calls as well as be provided other supplementary services with your mobile phone in the GSM operators’ network that have international roaming agreements with Digicel while traveling in abroad. 

Any doubts about roaming tariffs, please check this information with your home operator. They should be able to assist you!
