Q: How does the ‘Gimme 5’ Promotion work?
A: This Promotion is offered to Digicel prepaid customers to make their credit last longer.  The five components of the promotion are: 
  1. Free After 3 – When you call a local Digicel number and talk for 3 minutes, the next 27 minutes of the same call are free.  You may call any number of times during the day – the first 3 minutes of every local Digicel call will be charged and the next 27 minutes of the same call will be free.  After the free 27 minutes have passed, your credit will be deducted at regular rates for the remainder of that call.
  2. Free Incoming Calls – When you receive a local call from another Digicel number, your incoming call is free.  You may talk for any length of time on any number of calls at any time of the day to any Digicel numbers.
  3. Free Double Credit Online – When you top up online with $25 or more, you receive the same amount of credit free.  The free credit is valid for 14 days from the date of top up.  The free credit will be used once the original credit of your top up has run out.  The free credit may be used for local Digicel calls only.
  4. Free Texts After 10 – When you send 10 local texts, your next 5 local texts are free.
  5. Unlimited BlackBerry Data – When you activate BlackBerry Social or BlackBerry Complete on your Digicel prepaid phone, the data is unlimited for the amount of time you have chosen.  More information about Unlimited BlackBerry Data may be found here.

 

Q: When does this promotion end?
A: The ‘Gimme 5’ Promotion is subject to termination at the discretion of the Company.
 

Q: If I am an existing postpaid customer, may I take advantage of this ‘Gimme 5’ promotion?
A: This promotion is for prepaid customers only.  Postpaid Digicel customers, however, do receive Free Incoming Calls every day, as well as double on-net minutes.


Q: If I am a prepaid customer can I take advantage of this ‘Gimme 5’ promotion?
A: Absolutely!   There is no additional sign up necessary; just use your phone in one of the ways listed above to take advantage of the promotion.

A: This promotion is for use only.  No handsets are included.
