A. When a Digicel prepaid customer makes a local Digicel to Digicel call and talks for 3 minutes, the next 30 minutes on that same call will be free. It’s Free After Three!

A. This promotion ends on August 28th, 2009.
Q. Can I call anywhere in the world and get 30 minutes free?
A. No. This promotion is limited to local Digicel phone numbers only. Regular international calling rates apply to destinations outside of Bermuda.
Q. What happens after the call exceeds 30 minutes free?
A. After the 30 minutes, if the customer is still on the call, the call will begin to charge at the regular rate.
Q. Does it matter what time of day I make the call?
A. Free After Three is applicable to local Digicel-to-Digicel calls in Bermuda any time of day or week.

Q. If I am roaming will I be able to Talk for Free and get 30 minutes free?
A. No, if you are roaming, regular roaming rates will apply. This means that you will pay for all of the call regardless of how long you are on the call. You will have to be on your home network to avail of this promotion.

Terms and Conditions
1.The “Free After Three” terms and conditions (“these terms and conditions”) shall govern the relationship between Digicel Bermuda Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" "our" and "the Company") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" and "the Customer") of the Company’s ‘Free After Three’ prepaid promotion (hereafter referred to as “Free After Three”).
By using your Digicel mobile service, you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend or unilaterally change Talk for Free and/or these terms and conditions subject to notifying you of such amendments or changes. Such notification may be by way of advertisement in the national media, SMS text messaging and/or our website. If your Digicel mobile phone is used by you after notice of any amendment or change, then you shall be deemed to have accepted same.
The Talk for Free Promotion commenced on May 28, 2009. This agreement is governed by the Laws of Bermuda.
2. Promotion Description
The Free After Three Promotion allows you, the Digicel prepaid customer to make a local Digicel to Digicel call (within Bermuda) and talk for 3 minutes with the next 30 minutes of that same call free of charge at any time of the day or any day of the week.
After the 30 minutes is completed, and the customer is still on the call, the call will begin to charge at the regular rate. This may vary according to the time of day.
The Free After Three promotion is valid for prepaid customers only. Local Free After Three minutes will be received when calls are made any time of day or any day of the week.
3. Roaming
When you make a call from your Digicel phone to a local Digicel phone in Bermuda when you are outside of Bermuda you will be billed at regular roaming rates.
When you make a call from your Digicel phone to a local Bermuda Digicel phone number when the customer is outside of Bermuda you will not be charged, however the customer with the local Digicel Phone number will be charged regular roaming rates for roaming incoming usage.
4. Fair Use Policy
This Free After Three Promotion is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use. Any usage by an individual that in our sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you will result in the immediate termination of the Free After Three Promotion service to you.
In addition, the Company and you agree that we reserve the right to terminate a subscriber’s Free After Three Promotion usage service forthwith if in our sole opinion Free After Three is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to:-
· open circuits without voice conversations,
· any usage in excess of 10,000 minutes per month in calls,
· circuits being used for data transmission and/or non-voice communication,
· installation of any SIMS being used for the Free After Three promotion in a PBX/switchboard, and
