Wayne was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for Digicel Bermuda in June 2008. Prior to joining Digicel Wayne was a Bermuda Government Senator, the Junior Minister of Tourism & Transport and Chief of Staff to the Premier of Bermuda. Wayne was employed as a Crown Counsel in the Bermuda Department of Public Prosecutions for six years. Wayne holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in History from the Oakwood University in the United States of America and a Law Degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury in the United Kingdom. Wayne is also a graduate of the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst.

 

Wayne brings energy, verve and strong leadership to Digicel Bermuda and is expected to elevate Digicel Bermuda to new heights.
 
 
 
 

Susan Feirtear

Financial Director

 

Susan Feirtear was appointed as Finance Director in March 2009. Prior to that, Susan worked in Digicel Aruba as Financial Controller for over two and a half years.

Susan previously worked for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in Ireland and a number of Irish SME’s. Throughout this time, Susan gained valuable experience in areas such as financial analysis, operational efficiencies and growing market share. Susan is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting degree and a Masters in Banking & Finance from University College Dublin.
 
 
 

Shane Mora

Marketing Director

 

Shane has been with Digicel since February 2009 and joined the Digicel Bermuda team as Marketing Director.

Shane started his marketing career with Capital G Bank as Senior Marketing Coordinator from where he moved to Gosling’s Limited as Marketing Manager. Most recently Shane worked for the Government of Bermuda as Events & Product Development Manager for the Department of Tourism.

Shane is a graduate of the Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, with an MBA in International Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising Studies from the New York Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the Bermuda College holding an Associate’s Degree in Arts & Science.

In his capacity, Shane has the key responsibility of delivering on the Marketing goals of the Bermuda operation through having executive ownership of the Digicel brand in Bermuda as well as the effective execution of all marketing related functions - Public Relations, Sponsorships, Research, Marketing Communications and Promotions.
 
 

Daniel Degiorgio

Chief Technical Officer 

 

Daniel, Chief Technical Officer of Digicel Bermuda initially joined the Digicel family in April 2004. He previously held the position of Group Network Quality & Planning Manager providing network support to all Digicel Caribbean, Central and South America markets.

 

Prior to joining Digicel, Daniel worked in telecommunications for 16 years. During this time, he headed the Technical department for Telstra in Australia and later worked for Ericsson in Canada rolling out the Rogers AT&T GSM Network.

 

Daniel brings 20 years of telecommunications experience and strong leadership to Digicel Bermuda.
 
 
 

LaKeitha Robinson

Human Resource Director

 

LaKeitha joined Digicel Bermuda in November 2006 as Office Manager/Human Resource Administrator/Personal Assistant to the CEO. In December 2008 she was appointed Human Resource Director, responsible for formulating and recommending personnel policies and objectives in several areas of Human Resource Management including recruitment, training, and staff development.

 

LaKeitha attended Alabama A&M University where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Since then she has received her Human Resource Certification at the Bermuda College. Prior to joining the Digicel team, LaKeitha was an Educational Therapist Assistant at The Bermuda Government Educational Center.

 

 
 

Jamila Williams

Customer Care Director

 

Jamila has been with the company for more than 5 years and during that time has successfully advanced her knowledge and experience in cellular customer relations. In April of 2004 Jamila started working with the company as a Call Center Agent.  Within three months Jamila’s professionalism and attitude were recognized and she was promoted to the Corporate Care Department were she spent the majority of her Digicel career. Her main responsibility was to ensure that the needs of Digicel’s valued corporate clients were being met.

 

Over the years Jamila developed a wonderful rapport with her Corporate Customers and in December of 2007 she was promoted to Corporate Care Supervisor. This new challenge flowed naturally with Jamila’s drive and personality shown throughout the years with the company. Most recently Jamila Williams was promoted to the role of Customer Care Director in September of 2008 and is enjoying the challenge of ensuring that every customer interaction is met with accurate, efficient and friendly customer service.

 

In 2005 Jamila graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University located in Nova Scotia, Canada with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Management & Tourism.
